The linden stands proudly up close to the sky placing itself on the fronds of its branches, the flowers capture in their nectar the freshness of the wind that can be breathed at those heights. The menthol note is sophisticated and then returns to the taste with a very balanced persistence to leave room for a fresh, slightly vegetal note. Crystallization is slow. Excellent if added, for example, to a yogurt: it pleasantly enhances its acidity. It can be used to sweeten tea and infusions.
